Room mate needed, All utilities pd

Hi, I have a house in Ames that I rent to individuals. The lease is for 11 months (September 2010 through July 31, 2011). All utilities are paid except internet and cable (which I think runs $25 to $35 depending on the bill). I have interior pictures available. The house is located about 1.5 mile from campus. The rent is $400.00 per month per individual for the 11 month lease payment is post marked by the 1st of each month. A security depost of $400 is required. Pets under 25 lbs are allowed with an additional nonrefundable security deposit. Currently one room mate has 2 cats. There are 2 people renting (one boy and one girl) and are seeking a third.
